Ninh Thuận is a mountainous, heavily forested province in southeast Vietnam. Sandy beaches like Ninh Chữ and Vĩnh Hy line the coast. Coral reefs fringe Núi Chúa National Park in the northeast. The province is home to many Cham people, an ethnic minority which celebrates its distinctive cultural traditions during the Kate Festival (Cham New Year). Cham towers (ancient Hindu temples) include Po Klong Garai and Po Rome.
